let’s build something
awesome, together.

Real transformation starts with people. By fostering community, co-creating thoughtful rhythms for how we work, and clearly connecting strategy to execution, I help GTM teams achieve outcomes with measurable impact.

About Me

I help visionary leaders transform mission and strategy into revenue through a scalable go-to-market infrastructure, accelerated by a workforce community that engages both employees and cross-functional teams. By prioritizing a well-supported workforce, we unlock efficient scaling and sustainable growth.

In my 10+ years of experience, I have served twice as a marketing Chief of Staff (in both a high-scale startup and a global enterprise) and most recently worked as VP, Operations at Mastercard, where I supported one of our largest B2B services product portfolios.

As a neurodivergent advocate, I bring a people-first perspective to every inflection point—ensuring change isn’t just delivered, but absorbed. My approach is all about empowering leaders and teams to thrive together, so culture is a lever for transformation, instead of friction.

Bring me in when…

  • the current GTM motion isn’t scaling to meet the needs of your business.

  • company functions need to break out of silos and work as one unified community.

  • leadership believes in transparent, people-powered operations.

  • you’re building real inclusion into the fabric of your business and value neurodivergence as a superpower

From siloed chaos to collaborative community

Within a year, I helped convert six separate marketing operations (people, process, and technology) into a central service for our unified marcomms team.

The addition of dedicated team connection times and cross-silo relationship building improved communication and collaboration—and ensured we didn’t duplicate efforts on a key trade show

This new operating system increased the fidelity of our data (eliminating duplication and confusion), and also offloaded time-consuming admin work from marketers.

The result? That saved time was reinvested into higher-impact campaign planning and execution.
